The Franchise Process
Submit your financial and background info.
Typically 10–12 months from signing to opening, depending on location, site prep, and buildout.
You’ll receive 90+ days of hands-on training in an existing location covering everything from staffing to operations to inventory — to fully prepare you before opening.
Franchise Costs & Fees
Initial Franchise Fee:
$30,000 (first unit)
$20,000 (each additional unit under same ownership)
Royalty Fee:
6.5% of gross sales (paid weekly)
Initial Investment Range (Estimated):
~$2.8M to $3.9M (varies by site and market)
While we don’t offer direct financing, we’ll support you with business plan resources and help you present to third-party lenders.

Definitely — multi-unit development is encouraged for qualified partners.

Site & Setup Details
Locations range from 4,000–5,000 sq. ft. Multiple prototypes are coming soon, including a drive-thru-only concept.

Staffing & Day-to-Day
Not required — but encouraged. You can hire a team to manage daily operations if you prefer.
Most Southern Roost locations operate with 30–45 part-time and full-time team members, depending on volume and location.
